Breakfast:

  • Luna Bar

Morning Snack

  • 1/2 serving of Marys Crackers with Trader Joes Hummus

Lunch

  • 2 cups of salad (with carrots, tomatoes etc…)
  • 1 serving marys crackers with 2 Table spoons of hummus

Snack

  • Peanut Butter Granola Bar (homemade)
  • string cheese

Dinner:

  • 1 Amy’s Organic Enchiladas
  • asparagus with balsamic vinager 
  • Peach slices and strawberry slices
